IndustrialThe service of an industrial machine entails the following:

1.     Pre-test
2.     Inspect all parts for wear and tear, quote and inform owner/manager
3.     Remove and clean tension unit
4.     Clean and adjust the needle bar
5.     De-grease
6.     Wash the machine
7.     Oil all moving points and porous bushes
8.     Apply silicone lube to all necessary nylon or metal gears
9.     Check and adjust the needle/hook timing
10. Check and adjust the feed dog timing
11. Check and adjust the zig-zag motion timing, when applicable
12.  Remove and buff the hook, needle thread guide and needle plate
13.  Assemble machine
14.  Reset top and bottom tension
15.  Test machine
16.  Deliver and test on floor, observe operator for correct application
